COMPANY HISTORY

Property Asset Management, Inc. (“PAMI”) is a corporate real estate brokerage company headquartered in Oklahoma City. We offer property management, leasing and sales specializing in multifamily, office, retail, shopping centers, and undeveloped land. Created in 1986 by Carl Pojezny, PAMI has managed and operated Section 8 and other government programmed apartments and duplexes in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, Lawton, Edmond, Seminole and Anadarko, Oklahoma. PAMI has also been appointed by federal and district courts throughout Oklahoma to serve as receiver to operate companies and properties including debt restructuring, dealing with trade creditors and governmental officials, collection litigation and inventory liquidation for almost 25 years.

CARL POJEZNY

PRESIDENT / BROKER

1979 – Present – Carl Pojezny has specialized in the development and ownership of commercial income producing properties. Activities involve land acquisition, financing, development, construction management, sales and leasing of commercial properties. Graduating from OSU in 1973 with a B.S. degree in Engineering Technology and Construction Management, Carl has coordinated and supervised architects, engineers and contractors for construction and renovation of shopping centers, office buildings, apartments and other commercial structures throughout Oklahoma.

KEVIN POJEZNY

VICE PRESIDENT / BROKER ASSOCIATE

2008 – Present – Oklahoma licensed real estate broker.  Kevin’s focus is on commercial income producing property including multi-family, shopping centers, office, mobile home parks, retail, and undeveloped land.  Kevin has experience managing property under a court ordered receivership.  He has also brokered both commercial and residential transactions.  Kevin graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship from the Spears School of Business.
